I knew a man named Miser Cran
He could have been a kind young man
But in his youth he should have known
How quickly the seeds of greed are sewn
For he was selfish and he was mean
With all that wealth his eyes were keen
He saved it for no particular reason
Through every single lonesome season
He watched and waited as money increased
Untill all his friends were old or deceased
He had no-one to love and no-one to care
So be a be a miser if you dare.
